<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>It said the index case involved a patient who was being&nbsp;treated for acute respiratory infection (ARI) at Serdang Hospital. The patient tested positive for Covid-19 on June 5.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The&nbsp;source of infection&nbsp;is still being investigated, although it is suspected to be linked to visitation activity, said health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah in a statement.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Through active case detection conducted by the ministry, the patient’s two children and two grandchildren also tested positive for the virus, he said.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Dr Noor Hisham said three of the family members lived in the same house, while another lived in a different place.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>He said 29 close contacts have been identified by the ministry and they had undergone screening, with 25 of them testing negative for Covid-19.</p></div>
