<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>KUALA LUMPUR (March 29): Artroniq Bhd (formerly known as Plastrade Technology Bhd), responding to an unusual market activity (UMA) query by Bursa Securities, said it is in the midst of discussions to acquire an ICT company and monetise its manufacturing business.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>"The group is currently in discussions to acquire a stake in an ICT company as well as to monetise the assets of the group's previous manufacturing business," Artroniq said in a filing on Tuesday (March 29).</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>It added that details have yet to be finalised at this juncture.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Artroniq was slapped with the UMA query earlier on Tuesday after its share price rose 7.27% or four sen to close at 59 sen with some 9.89 million shares exchanging hands.</p></div>
