<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In an announcement on Tuesday (May 9), Ta Win said that Ecovis Malaysia PLT has resigned as the external auditor of the company based on a notice in writing from Ecovis dated May 5, 2023, and that it is not aware of any matters that need to be brought to the attention of shareholders over the resignation.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>With the audit committee’s recommendation, the board has approved the appointment of UHY, a full member of Urbach Hacker Young International Limited, to act as auditors of the company for the financial year ending June 30, 2023 after assessing its independence, capabilities, audit team and proposed audit fees.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The appointment is subject to the company receiving written consent from UHY to act as auditors for Ta Win.</p></div>
