<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a statement on Thursday (April 13), the real estate developer said Syed Abdul Aziz will replace Shirley Tan Lee Chin, who is being redesignated as TWL managing director.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>According to TWL, he has over thirty years of experience in finance, holding various leadership positions at Bank Rakyat.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Tan said that the group is thrilled to welcome Syed Abdul Aziz as its new deputy chairman.&nbsp;</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>"As we continue to navigate the dynamic landscape of property development, his extensive experience, strategic acumen, and proven leadership will undoubtedly be invaluable assets to our group. <div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Syed Abdul Aziz holds a degree in Business Administration from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UITM), earning the senior management programme for his professional qualification with Harvard Business University.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>At 3.30pm, shares in TWL was unchanged at five sen, giving the group a market capitalisation of RM201.82 million.</p></div>
