<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Caely said Koo bought another 5.5 million shares off market on Aug 1, bringing his total shareholdings to 39.38 million shares or 15.25%.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The group also disclosed that former executive chairman Datuk Wira Ng Chun Hau disposed of the same number of shares on the same day via off-market transaction.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Subsequent to his disposal, Ng was left with a 10.02% direct shareholding and a 0.83% indirect stake.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Caely’s shares closed unchanged at 30.5 sen per share on Wednesday, giving it a market capitalisation of RM78.76 million.</p></div>
