PETALING JAYA (Sept 9): PPB Properties, the property division of PPB Group Bhd, announced that Megah Rise’s residential tower in Taman Megah, Selangor is scheduled for topping-out by the end of September.

In a statement, PPB Properties CEO Low Eng Hooi said: “Megah Rise will be a new landmark in Taman Megah. We hope to create more value, by injecting new life into this mature neighbourhood."

This freehold 39-storey high-rise — the only one in this area — will see keys handed over to residents by the second quarter of 2022. It contains 228 units with built-up from 764 sq ft to 1,747 sq ft. The average selling price is RM1,080 psf.

Megah Rise is a mixed-use development with a 145,000 sq ft net lettable retail space that is projected to open in the second half of 2022. The community-centric mall will house local retail brands, varied dining options, a premium grocer, communal space and a multi-purpose hall which accommodates badminton courts. The retail space will be managed by PPB Properties' leasing team under PPB Property Development Sdn Bhd, said the developer.

Aside from that, the development is strategically located within proximity to two LRT stations, namely Kelana Jaya LRT station and Taman Bahagia LRT station, public and private schools, and shops. It also has easy access to several major highways like Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP), New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and Federal Highway that seamlessly connects to all corners of the Klang Valley.
