截至下午5时，富时隆综指以1,738.95点挂收。综指盘中一度额跌挫至全日低位1,735.73点。综指终场因投资者逢低买入云顶（Genting Bhd）股项而缩窄跌幅。

云顶全日上涨21仙或2.21%，以9.70令吉挂收，成为大马交易所的第六大上升股。纵观隔夜美股的交易，道琼斯工业平均指数挫0.55%，标准普尔500指数跌0.29%，而纳斯达克综合指数跌0.12%。
