Further, the board also wishes to inform that the company is not aware of any other matters that need to be brought to the attention of shareholders.”</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The company is in the midst of identifying new auditors, and will make further announcements in due course.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>XOX rose 0.5 sen or 9.1% to close at six sen on Wednesday (Jan 12), which translates into a market capitalisation of RM54 million.</p></div>
