<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In total, ViTrox’s total dividend disseminated for the year (FY19) amounts to 4.3 sen per share, compared with 5.75 sen per share in the previous financial year.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Last year, ViTrox’s total net profit slumped 24.5% to RM79.65 million from RM105.48 million in FY18, in line with a drop of 13.9% in revenue to RM339.59 million from RM394.58 million previously.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a Bursa filing, the company said a further announcement will be made upon finalisation of the entitlement date and date of payment of the final dividend.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Shares in ViTrox closed up 29 sen or 4.1% at RM7.35, giving it a market capitalisation of RM3.46 billion.</p></div>
