Tropicana rolls out online Tropicana 100 campaign

Tropicana Corp Bhd has launched its online Tropicana 100 campaign for buyers to purchase their dream property from Jan 20 to April 30.

The campaign offers 100% returns on booking fees, interest-free flexibility, legal fees borne, furnishing, financing as well as additional referral rewards. The first 100 lucky purchasers will also be rewarded with RM2,000 worth of furnishing vouchers for every RM100,000 in property value.

“Following the success of our Tropicana 10-TEN campaign in 2020, which recorded RM899 million in bookings, we want to provide more deals and easy property ownership solutions to our purchasers.

“This is where the Tropicana 100 campaign is able to recognise the needs of purchasers and provide an easy avenue for them to own our exclusive properties. It will also help ease their financial burden and provide more cash flow during this challenging period,” said group managing director Dion Tan in a press release on Jan 19.

Benefits offered include furnishing incentives and easy payment schemes that can help buyers stretch their dollar further. All this, along with the convenience of choosing fully or partially furnished units, can help them save money and reduce the hassle of furnishing their homes.

Customers can also choose their preferred property across various townships and developments, both ongoing and completed properties encompassing commercial and residential developments in the Klang Valley, Genting Highlands, Johor and Kota Kinabalu.

The developer’s participating projects include Tropicana Aman in Kota Kemuning, Tropicana Metropark in Subang Jaya, Tropicana Gardens in Tropicana Indah and Tropicana Miyu in Petaling Jaya, Tropicana Heights in Kajang, Tropicana The Residences in KLCC, Tropicana Grandhill in Genting Highlands, Tropicana Landmark in Kota Kinabalu, Tropicana Uplands in Gelang Patah and Tropicana Danga Cove in Johor.

In addition, the Tropicana 100 campaign allows buyers to enjoy enhanced returns and take advantage of the Home Ownership Campaign for greater savings. It also offers double the referral rewards for existing Tropicana buyers who introduce a friend or family member to Tropicana’s properties during this period.
