KUALA LUMPUR (April 7): Tropicana Corp Bhd recently launched the Tropicana FreeDOM campaign that offers big savings on move-in-ready units. It allows buyers to enjoy zero down payment, up to 50% rebates, 100% financing with Maybank Islamic’s HouzKEY programme as well as free maintenance of up to 10 years.

Tropicana group managing director Dion Tan said in a press release on April 2 that the core benefit of Tropicana FreeDOM is that no waiting is required. The participating units are all ready for residents to move in, and offer much more freedom in financing.

“By offering free maintenance fees of up to 10 years, buyers can save on their investments long after they move into their properties. Our focus on redefining value-added features for this campaign will be a welcome addition for many in search of a brand-new home or commercial unit at a good price," he added.

The campaign is crafted exclusively for the developer’s completed projects with some participating developments down to the last available unit. Customers can also enjoy 2% referral rewards by introducing the properties to family and friends.

The developer’s participating projects include the Tropicana Metropark in Subang Jaya, Tropicana Aman in Kota Kemuning, Tropicana Heights in Kajang, Tropicana Residences in Kuala Lumpur city centre, Tropicana Indah in Petaling Jaya, Tropicana Danga Cove in Iskandar Malaysia, Tropicana 218 Macalister in Penang and Tropicana Landmark in Kota Kinabalu.
