The investment holding company bought three million shares on Dec 15, plus 850,000 shares and 60,000 shares on the subsequent two days respectively. No price was stated in the filing.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>It was only a week ago that E&amp;O was given the approval from Penang government, to start reclamation works for the second phase of its Seri Tanjung Pinang (STP2) development.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>E&amp;O, which had retraced from its multi-year high of RM3.18 in July, gained six sen or 2.86% to close at RM2.16 today. Its market capitalisation was RM2.4 billion.</p></div>
