<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In May 2016, Koong, who was the group's deputy chief executive officer at the time, replaced Ho Hon Sang as the chief executive officer after the latter resigned to pursue other interests.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Koong maintains a direct interest of 210,000 shares in Sunsuria.</p></div>
