SINGAPORE (Aug 30): New Economy Forum, a conference of global business and political leaders in Beijing, has been relocated to Singapore due to fallout from the trade war between the United States and China, reported the New York Times.

Organised by Michael Bloomberg, the billionaire media executive and former mayor of New York City, the conference was launched to rival the World Economic Forum in Davos, the elite annual conclave in Switzerland.
