ARA DAMANSARA (Sept 3): Sime Darby Property Bhd (SDP)’s Serenia Ariya, comprising landed homes in Serenia City, Sepang, is 100% taken up. All 202 units of Serenia Ariya Phase 1 and Phase 2 homes were sold during the launch period on Aug 29-31 this year. The phases form part of the SDP’s Spotlight 8 Year 2020 campaign.

Sime Darby Property group managing director Datuk Azmir Merican said: “We have seen great demand for the landed properties offered in our Spotlight 8 Year 2020 campaign, and the reception towards our products, whether new or existing, has been overwhelming... Serenia City’s attractive master plan is the catalyst behind its great launch results. This is a testament to the Southern Growth Corridor’s ability to pull in homebuyers with easily accessible and attractively priced homes.”

Serenia Ariya is the fourth residential phase in Serenia City, a township dubbed as the Garden City of KLIA. It offers spacious Tudor-inspired double-storey linked homes with three design types curated to suit each family’s lifestyle from young couples to multi-generational families.

Prices of the units range from RM565,888 for Type 1 (1,589sq ft), RM617,888 for Type 2 (1,796 sq ft) and RM687,888 for Type 3 (1,934 sq ft ) homes. Each unit is fitted with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Serenia Ariya fronts the Serenity Park, an eight-acre neighbourhood lake park which houses a 100-year-old tree commemorating the township’s tea plantation heritage. The rich green landscape expands into Ariya Community Park, a two-acre garden within the neighbourhood which also boasts jogging and cycling tracks, fitness stations, a multi-purpose court, and a community plaza.

Serenia Ariya is one of the projects featured under the Spotlight 8 campaign. The campaign presents new launches and super deals on properties across different townships. It offers maximum savings and great deals on top of the incentives by the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) 2020 on selected products every weekend until Sept 27.

Serenia City is accessible via major highways — ELITE, FT29 (Putrajaya-Dengkil Bypass), North-South Expressway and MEX Highway. It also has excellent rail connectivity as the ERL Salak Tinggi station is located within proximity of the township, providing direct access to KLIA and KL Sentral. KLIA is located just 15km away.

Moving forward, Azmir said the group will continue to focus on launching residential products with the right price range and location, in its flagship township developments such as Serenia City, and to align product launches with current market needs.
