SINGAPORE (Sept 1): Secura Group’s wholly-owned subsidiary Red Sentry has entered into a strategic alliance with M1 Net, a unit of M1, to be its cyber advisory and consultancy partner.

Secura will provide cyber security consultancy, and value added products and services like Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing and Device Control, to M1’s corporate customers.

The group says that the alliance will allow it to tap into M1’s enterprise customer base, as “a growth springboard” for its cyber security business.

Secura launched its cyber security business in January 2015 and acquired Red Sentry in June 2016. While it is currently serving enterprise customers in Singapore and the region, it also plans to extend its cyber security services to the consumer market by 2017.

Shares of Secura were trading at 17.4 Singaporean cents at noontime today.
