Sime Darby Property’s (SDP) Lumira home collections — Gable and Tudor, which were launched at end-May — have achieved an overall take-up rate of 86% to date. Both products are located in Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, and are expected to be completed by April 2022. Due to the good response, the developer opened Lumira 2 for online pre-bookings on July 25.

“We expect demand for Lumira to improve with the recently announced Home Ownership Campaign 2020. The units will have a north-south orientation and open layout design to allow for natural lighting and cross ventilation. The design will also provide optimal space for a driveway and rear extension,” group managing director Datuk Azmir Merican Azmi Merican says in an email.

“Lumira will cater for the needs of first-time homebuyers, young families and multi-generational families. We also believe that the units will be able to accommodate the need for flexible spaces, allowing homebuyers to work from home or have homeschooling set-ups,” he adds.

Tudor comprises 25 freehold 2-storey link homes with a gross development value (GDV) of RM16.9 million. The 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom units will have a measurement of 20ft by 75ft for intermediate and end units, and 22ft by 75ft for corner units. The built-ups will range from 1,718 to 1,984 sq ft. Selling prices start at RM673,888.

Gable comprises 100 freehold 2-storey link homes with a GDV of RM74.1 million. The 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom units will have a measurement of 20ft by 75ft for intermediate and end units, and 22ft by 75ft for corner units. The built-ups will be between 1,903 and 2,167 sq ft. Selling prices start at RM716,888.

Facilities will include a community park, children’s playground, multipurpose court, bicycle and jogging track, open lawn, fitness station, reflexology path, gazebo and picnic table.

Tudor and Gable are part of the self-sustaining and fully integrated Bandar Bukit Raja. Spanning 4,333 acres, the Selangor township has a total GDV of RM16.4 billion and comprises residential, commercial and industrial properties.

The township is located close to malls such as Tesco, Giant, AEON Bukit Raja and AEON BiG Klang, as well as educational institutions like SJK (C) Pin Hwa 2, SMJK Kwang Hwa, SMK Bandar Setia Alam, Tenby International School, Universiti Teknologi Mara and Universiti Industri Selangor.

Bandar Bukit Raja is easily accessible via the New Klang Valley Expressway, West Coast Expressway, Federal Highway and Shapadu Highway.
