KUALA LUMPUR (March 11): Sapura Resources Bhd's chief financial officer (CFO) Rosenah Mohd Hassan has resigned. She cited "personal reasons" for leaving the position after one year and nine months on the job.

No replacement was announced by Sapura Resources, which is involved in provision of private aviation services and property development.

Rosenah, 56, was appointed CFO on July 3, 2017 concurrently with her appointment as chief corporate officer.

Rosenah once served in the Strategic Impact Projects unit within Agensi Inovasi Malaysia. In the corporate space, she has also served key position in Shell, Khazanah Nasional Bhd unit Iskandar Investment Bhd, as well as Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd.

Shares of Sapura Resources climbed three sen or 4.84% to close at 65 sen today, giving the group a market capitalisation of RM90.74 million.
