<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The cars were manufactured by Chinese automobile manufacturer BYD Auto, a wholly-owned subsidiary of BYD Company based in Xi’an, China. &nbsp;</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Eight more cars are to join the fleet “soon”, according to S Dreams in a Sunday release.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Aside from being able to play a part in “building a green environment by reducing their carbon footprint” by riding in these cars, S Dreams says passengers of its new EV fleet will stand to “enjoy perks from time to time”, such as free Wi-Fi connectivity.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The group adds that its future expansion of such a business would depend on favourable policy changes by the government, the demand of the vehicles by its partners, and the success of the new EV-related technology.</p></div>
