PETALING JAYA (Oct 16): Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Kuala Lumpur has today unveiled the eighth-generation Rolls-Royce Phantom (Phantom VIII), 14 years after the automobile's predecessor was launched back in 2003.

Today, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Kuala Lumpur managing director Datuk Michael Ong said at the launch ceremony here that the Phantom VIII is the most technologically-advanced Rolls-Royce to date.

"Phantom has always been a sign of success and a symbol of authority in Malaysia. It is a moving showcase of luxury, world-class technology and handcrafted quality, Ong said.

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Kuala Lumpur is a unit under diversified Quill Group of Companies, according to Quill's website.

Ong is also Quill group executive director, the website shows.
