<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a statement on Monday (Jan 3), RSDH said Hong had been the acting group CEO since September 2021.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>RSDH&nbsp;said together with joint-venture partner Ramsay Health Care, Hong had been pivotal in overseeing the RSDH group’s progress during the Covid-19 pandemic to drive business growth and operational excellence.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Prior to joining Sime Darby, Hong was the group operations director at Siloam Hospitals Group and, previously, the finance and operations head at Fresenius Medical Care.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>RSDH comprises Subang Jaya Medical Centre, Ara Damansara Medical Centre and ParkCity Medical Centre in Malaysia.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>It recently acquired Manipal Hospitals Klang, now known as Bukit Tinggi Medical Centre.</p></div>
