<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The contract was awarded by Salam Properties Sdn Bhd, the engineering and construction services group said in a filing today.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>It said the tenure of the contract is for a period of 36 months from the date of site possession.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>"Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the board is of the opinion that the contract will contribute positively to the earnings per share and the future earnings of PJBumi Group," its filing read.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>PJBumi shares last settled on Feb 3 at 11 sen, for a market capitalisation of RM5.5 million. In the past 12 months, the stock's share price has retreated over 50%.</p></div>
