<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>"The use of the proposed name UCrest Bhd has been approved and reserved by the Companies Commission of Malaysia," Palette said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Palette said it will next seek approval from its shareholders on the name change, in a meeting to be convened at a later day.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Listed on the ACE Market since 2001, Palette is currently a loss-making technology solutions provider.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>For the financial year ended May 31, 2017, Palette recorded a net loss of RM802,000 on revenue of RM5.71 million.</p></div>
