<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The reinsurer said in a stock exchange filing today that the appointment will take effect today. Wan Roshdi will also join the group's risk committee.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Prior to being appointed as PNB's chief risk officer (2015-2016), Wan Roshdi was PNB's chief investment officer from 2004 to 2015. Before that, he held various positions in PNB including vice president in Corporate Services and Corporate Finance Department.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>
