Property developer Mitraland Group officially launched its Upperville@16 Quartz condominium in Melawati, Kuala Lumpur, on June 29 at Melawati Mall.

“Upperville will allow owners to benefit from city conveniences while enjoying a tranquil lifestyle. Taman Melawati’s mature neighbourhood, established amenities and highway connectivity make this locale an excellent place for families,” Mitraland deputy executive chairman Chuah Theong Yee said in a statement.

Upperville is the second development by Mitraland in Melawati after 16 Quartz, which was launched in 2012 and completed in 2015.

Upperville, which will occupy 2.7 acres at one of the highest points in Melawati, will offer 176 units with built-ups of 1,050 to 1,176 sq ft. Prices start at RM559,000 for a 3-bedroom unit.

The gated development will have a multi-tier security system and facilities such as swimming pools, pool decks, a Jacuzzi, treehouse playground, gymnasium, barbecue corner and multipurpose hall.

Songstress Siti Sarah Raissuddin was present at the launch. Visitors to the Artisan Raya Bazaar took part in Henna and Batik Chanting activities. Lucky draw prizes totalling RM15,000 were given away during the event.
