<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the property developer said the 57-year-old Lee has previously held the chief executive officer post since 2012.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Lee, who has 32 years of experience in property development, founded Matrix Concepts in 1997. Since then, he has steered and led the group for 18 years.&nbsp;</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Currently, Matrix Concepts is undertaking several townships development such as Bandar Seri Sendayan and Taman Seri Impian in Negeri Sembilan.&nbsp;</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Lee controls some 229.35 million shares or a 41.68% stake in the group. He also holds 22.48 million warrants in the group.&nbsp;</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Matrix Concepts also announced the appointment of Ho Kong Soon as its deputy MD, effective today.&nbsp;</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Currently, Ho has 27.83 million shares or a 5.05% stake in Matrix Concepts and 3.98 million warrants in the group.&nbsp;</p></div>
