Malaysian equities loving palm oil bounce

SINGAPORE (Feb 27): As palm oil's rally gathers pace, it could be just what Malaysian equities need to push through recent highs and toward levels last seen in 2014.

Malaysia's economy is seen expanding 5.6% in 1Q, and combined with rising wages that should help Prime Minister Najib Razak's chances of winning the next general election. It's all falling into place for Malaysia's bulls.
