PETALING JAYA (April 5): Mah Sing Group Bhd’s M Arisa in Sentul has achieved a take-up rate of 80% when it was launched during the Covid-19 pandemic.

In a statement, Mah Sing group chief executive officer Datuk Ho Hon Sang said: “M Arisa is located adjacent to M Centura, which was recently completed and the units were handed over to the purchasers. We can see that the sales rate of M Arisa has been very encouraging. For first-time homebuyers, younger professionals or young couples, M Arisa will be the perfect affordable residence that provides an abundance of green spaces.”

Sitting on a 3.31-acre parcel in Sentul, M Arisa has an estimated gross development value of RM653 million and consists of two 55-storey towers with more than 1,590 units. The units have built-ups ranging from 550 to 1,025 sq ft and come in layouts of one- to four-bedroom.

According to the developer, the Type A show unit was recently unveiled and is the smallest unit with a built-up area of 550 sq ft and prices starting from RM299,000. The new show unit aims to provide buyers with ideas and inspiration on how to fully utilise the space efficiently and to furnish a one-bedroom unit with a practical and flexible concept.

M Arisa is the first multilevel sky garden residence in Sentul with an urban forest theme. Urban amenity concept includes the metropolitan landscape and its vegetation, and greenery is disseminated over numerous regions of this property.

Ho stated that M Arisa will be well equipped with various environmentally friendly features, such as a centralised garbage disposal system, rainwater harvesting system and electric-vehicle charging stations. The development also offers more than 40 types of lifestyle facilities including a 50m length pool, jacuzzi, sky gym, playground, meandering stream, table tennis room, games room, KTV room, co-working space, all of which are spread over the 10th, 11th, 36th and 49th floors.

M Arisa is easily accessible via major highways such as the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway, Middle Ring Road 2 and Kuala Lumpur-Karak Expressway. It is located near train stations, educational institutions, medical centres and shopping centres. In addition, the development also offers an express car park ramp, which helps residents to reduce travel time, making daily parking more convenient.
