PETALING JAYA (April 5): Mah Sing Group Bhd’s M Arisa in Sentul has achieved a take-up rate of 80% when it was launched during the Covid-19 pandemic.

In a statement, Mah Sing group chief executive officer Datuk Ho Hon Sang said: “M Arisa is located adjacent to M Centura, which was recently completed and the units were handed over to the purchasers. We can see that the sales rate of M Arisa has been very encouraging. According to the developer, the Type A show unit was recently unveiled and is the smallest unit with a built-up area of 550 sq ft and prices starting from RM299,000. The new show unit aims to provide buyers with ideas and inspiration on how to fully utilise the space efficiently and to furnish a one-bedroom unit with a practical and flexible concept.
