<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a bourse filing, TNB said its board of directors, with the concurrence of the special shareholder Minister of Finance (Inc), approved the appointment of Ahmad Badri, 59, as chairman and non-independent non-executive director of the group for a period of three years from March 12, 2020 to March 11, 2023.</p></div>
