KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 23): Malaysian sovereign wealth fund Khazanah Nasional Bhd. is in talks to sell its 60% stake in Singapore property company M+S Pte. to joint-venture partner Temasek Holdings, according to a report in The Malaysian Reserve citing unidentified people.

* Discussions on stake sales could also involve Pulau Indah Ventures Sdn., which is owned by the two wealth funds 

* Proposed sale is part of Malaysian govt’s efforts for Khazanah to dispose of non-core assets and deliver better returns
