<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a filing to the stock exchange today, Ikhmas Jaya said its unit Ikhmas Jaya Sdn Bhd (IJSB) had accepted a letter of award from Pembinaan Jaya Zira Sdn Bhd for sub-contract works for the construction and completion of Light Rail Transit Line 3 from Bandar Utama to Johan Setia, Package GS09 — Guideway, Stations, Park and Ride, Ancillary Buildings and Other Associated Works.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The group said the sub-contract is expected to contribute positively to its earnings for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2019 till Dec 31, 2021.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>At the midday break today, Ikhmas Jaya rose 2.63% or 0.5 sen to 19.5 sen with 8.64 million shares traded.</p></div>
