KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 29): IJM Land’s latest residential offering — Rimbun Jasmine — was fully sold in three hours at a private preview. The RM73.2 million project, which is located next to the 3,800-acre Seremban 2, offers 129 two-storey link homes on an 11.24-acre freehold parcel. The selling price started from RM542,800 for non-bumi lots, while the bumi lots went for RM488,520.
“With our latest launch, we are aiming to appeal to homebuyers who want to focus on building close relationships with families and reach their life goals,” said IJM Land senior general manager (central region) Datuk Hoo Kim See.
The intermediate lots measuring 20ft by 70ft will have a built-up of 1,932 sq ft, with four-bedroom/three-bathroom layouts.
