KUALA LUMPUR (July 5): IJM Land Bhd’s Rimbun Aman at Seremban 2 Heights in its Seremban 2 township in Negeri Sembilan has achieved a take-up rate of 50% since its launch on May 29.

“Rimbun Aman has achieved a promising take-up rate within two days of launch and is looking forward to welcoming families to a township where it has all the required amenities and facilities,” said IJM Land senior general manager Datuk Hoo Kim See in a press release.

Sitting on a 42-acre freehold parcel, Rimbun Aman will comprise 304 single-storey terraced houses with a total gross development value of RM125 million. The houses will have land sizes of 20ft by 60ft, 20ft by 65ft or 22ft by 65ft and prices starting from RM350,000. 

In order to ease the burden of homebuyers, especially first-time buyers, units at Rimbun Aman are catered for young families and empty nesters to acquire their desired home that comes with practical space and comfort in a close-knit neighbourhood.

Rimbun Aman, IJM Land's latest housing development in Seremban 2 Heights achieved a promising take-up within two days of launch.

Buyers will have zero entry costs to bear, as all entry costs such as legal fees, stamp duty on sale and purchase agreement and loan are borne by the developer. 

In addition, the developer will provide a monthly payout package where homebuyers will be awarded RM500 on a monthly basis from the subsequent month of the first drawdown from financier until the month of the notice to take vacant possession of the unit, which provides potential buyers the opportunity to have a home of their own without having to worry about the burden. 

Future residents of Rimbun Aman will be able to use the facilities and amenities in the Seremban 2 township such as the S2 Club, the 30-acre Hill Park and 15-acre City Park, as well as the nearby Kepayang Hill, which is a renowned hiking trail amongst hill-climbing enthusiasts.

Those commuting daily to Kuala Lumpur will benefit from Seremban’s enhanced connectivity through various external main roads and direct access to North-South Expressway through the Seremban toll plaza. With a toll-free road connecting directly to KLIA and klia2, driving distance will only take 45 minutes, giving people less time on the road and more convenience.
