KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 22): IJM Land Bhd plans to launch Starling Parcel 3, Bandar Rimbayu in October following the overwhelming response for the first two parcels.

According to the developer, Parcel 3 will comprise two new types of home units with bigger built-ups, namely Type C and Type D double-storey link homes.

For Type C, there will be 103 units with a land size of 20' × 60', built-up of 1,694 sq ft, and three rooms and three bathrooms. Meanwhile, for Type D, there will be 121 units with the same 20' × 60' land size but a larger built-up of 1,769 sq ft with four rooms and three bathrooms layouts. Prices will start from RM698,800.

Facilities will include a 16-acre open space that houses a multi-purpose court, cloud pavilion, amphitheatre, central lawn, feature shelter, plaza, 2km jogging track, playground and par course. Its neighbourhood will have two entrances to ensure the safety and convenience of residents.

In terms of design, the units will feature a spacious living and dining area, a car porch that can fit two cars, full-height wall tiles for all bathrooms, branded sanitary ware and tiles, and a water booster pump.

Meanwhile, the township has also included benefits and features such as high-speed broadband infrastructure for home buyers to accommodate more stay-at-home practices.

The developer added that homebuyers can now take advantage of its flexible ownership campaign called 'Now You Can' that will run until Oct 31 this year and the Home Ownership Programme (HOC) 2020. Homebuyers will enjoy a minimum 10% discount on the purchasing price on top of the exemption of stamp duty for Memorandum of Transfer and loan. Purchasers are also entitled for free legal fees for both Sales and Purchase Agreement and loan.
