KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 19): Hong Leong IB Research has maintained its “Hold” rating on Berjaya Sports Toto Bhd with an unchanged target price of RM3.59 and said it deemed BToto’s 1HFY15 PATAMI of RM178.03 million to be within expectations as the research house expects weaker 2HFY15 due to unexciting outlook under the NFO business from declining sales per draw.

It said BToto declared second interim dividend of 6.0 sen per share, adding that 1HFY15 dividends totaled 11.5 sen per share.

“Target price remained unchanged at RM3.59 based on DCF valuations. Maintain Hold,” it said.
