SELANGOR (Dec 24): Phase 2 of Gamuda Land’s Illaria Hillside Homes at Gamuda Gardens has achieved a take-up rate of 80% since its virtual launch on Dec 12.

The linked houses measure 20ft by 65ft with built-ups ranging from 1,636 sq ft to 1,891 sq ft. They come in four-bedroom, four-bathroom and three-bedroom, three-bathroom options, starting from RM560,000.

With a total gross development value of RM257 million, Illaria Hillside Homes sits on a 13.8ha site next to a hillside park. Phase one, which features three-storey townhouses, has been fully sold.

“It has been our proposition from the onset that Gamuda Gardens is more than merely bricks and mortar. It’s a town where people can forge bonds with one another while reconnecting with nature. To achieve this, we brought together all the necessary ingredients to make that happen,” said Gamuda Gardens general manager Chu Wai Lune in a press statement.

Besides homes, there are community gardens and children's playground within the precinct’s 3.6ha private park. To promote social interaction, there are a community kitchen and barbecue area, as well as a hilltop viewing point and co-working space designed as an extension of home that provides spaces for relaxation, work and social mingling.

Residents of Illaria Hillside Homes will have access to Gamuda Gardens’ Waterfront Village which overlooks a lake and provides food and dining options, a grocer, ample co-working spaces, and a Gardens Wellness club that offers sports and wellness facilities.

The 328ha township is located in north Sungai Buloh and is a 20-minute drive from Petaling Jaya. It has easy access to the North-South Expressway, Guthrie Corridor Expressway, as well as LATAR Expressway.
