<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>His resignation took effect last Thursday (July 26). According to Malakoff's Annual Report 2017, Johan, 61, held the post since May 29, 2017.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Prior to quitting Malakoff's board, Johan completed his two-year contract as group managing director and chief executive officer with Tabung Haji on June 30. The pilgrim's fund has a 10.318% direct stake in Malakoff.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>
