The government will introduce a sophisticated asset management scheme (skim pengurusan aset canggih/SPAC) which is says is more flexible and will replace the cost of living allowance (bantuan sara hidup) and advance of the harvest (pendahuluan hasil), said Economic Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali in a speech today.
