<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>“The land is strategically located in the central region of Peninsular Malaysia, which will enable the group to improve its cost-efficiency by reducing transportation costs, as the new manufacturing hub will be closer to its customers in Klang Valley,” the dairy group said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.&nbsp;</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Farm Fresh said the acquisition of the land from THP Enstek Development Sdn Bhd is expected to complete within six&nbsp;to nine months, and will be funded entirely from its initial public offering proceeds.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Shares in Farm Fresh closed one sen or 0.61% lower at RM1.62 on Thursday (June 30), giving the group a market capitalisation of RM3.01 billion.&nbsp;</p></div>
