KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 25): All appointments made via the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) Janji Temu Online (JTO) platform at its Jalan Raja Chulan branch office are not valid, as the branch is now permanently closed.

In a statement on its website Tuesday (Jan 25), the EPF said this was due to a technical error.

The EPF advised members who had made appointments to reschedule their visits to the nearest EPF branch.

“We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

“For clarification on EPF services and transactions, members can contact the EPF Contact Management Centre at 03-8922 6000,” it said.
