Entrepreneur support organisation Endeavor has introduced a new programme called ScaleUp Endeavor to mentor high-potential companies and build them up to a level where they can qualify to be a member of this select and elite organisation.

“We believe high-impact entrepreneurs play an important part in driving the growth of an economy. ScaleUp Endeavor is a programme that we developed to guide high-potential companies in the start-up phase so they can obtain clarity on how they should build a strong foundation to prepare them to scale their company,” says Endeavor Malaysia managing director Arthur Chan.

For this programme, Endeavor will handpick 12 entrepreneurs to receive customised mentorship as part of the 12-month ScaleUp Endeavor programme. During that time, the entrepreneurs will be granted access to Endeavor’s panel of business experts, investors and service partners to guide them in their journey to refine their businesses.

Mentorship will be provided through a series of workshops and each start-up will be assigned a mentor who will journey with them throughout the programme. As part of the organisation’s pay-it-forward initiative, the programme will be supported by mentors such as Endeavor Malaysia chairman and Time dotCom commander-in-chief Afzal Abdul Rahim, Axiata Digital CEO Khairil Abdullah and Endeavor Entrepreneurs Lee Ching Wei (co-founder of iMoney), Fadzarudin Anuar and Vivy Yusof (co-founders of FashionValet), See Wai Hun (co-founder and CEO of Juris Tech) and Eric Cheng (co-founder and CEO of Carsome).

“We hope that successful companies from this programme will be further supported by our existing Endeavor Entrepreneur track, which focuses on growing large high-growth companies,” says Chan.

To kick-start ScaleUp Endeavor, the organisation is looking for entrepreneurs who dream big and are looking to scale their businesses quickly. The entrepreneurs should be leading scalable and innovative Malaysian-based businesses with a proven track record of more than RM1 million in revenue and have been in operation for more than 18 months.
