<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>The TT Token will be available for free for all residents in Singapore, and according to Minister-in-Charge of the Smart Nation Initiative Vivian Balakrishan, can be for people who do not have a smartphone or prefer not to use a smartphone app.&nbsp;
