VACCINE DEVELOPMENTS

Pharmaniaga Bhd, which packages and distributes Covid-19 vaccine Sinovac, is seeking approval for the vaccine to be administered to the Malaysian adolescent population.


Pfizer Inc and BioNTech SE have submitted early-stage data to US regulators showing that a third dose of their Covid-19 vaccine led to higher levels of protective antibodies.


Australia has purchased about one million doses of Pfizer’s Covid-19 vaccine from Poland to add to its inoculation efforts amid record new infections.
