Two weeks of Movement Control Order

After two weeks of the Movement Control Order (MCO), Noor Hisham saidwhile the number of cases has risen, the number of discharged patients has also increased.

He said the statistics also revealed two age groups with the highest number of Covid-19 cases. They are the 26 to 30 year old group, and the 50 to 60 year old group.

“This data shows the impact of activities undertaken by the ministry of health and various agencies over this one month.

“However, the next two weeks are important, (as it) will determine whether the action taken by the government has had the desired impact. This is closely related to the society’s behaviour to abide with the MCO rule,” Noor Hisham said.
