Standing tall at 53 storeys and 54 storeys high when it is completed, Mah Sing Group Bhd’s M Vertica will be one of Cheras’ most sought-after addresses.

Spread over 11.25 acres in Jalan Cheras, M Vertica is designed to meet the lifestyle aspirations of sophisticated urbanites. It will comprise five towers of serviced apartments and 74 two-storey shops on the ground and first floors. The mixed-use development — standing at 53 (Towers B and D) and 54 (Towers A, C and E) storeys — will be among the tallest in the area.

M Vertica features carefully planned 3-bedroom intermediate units of 850 sq ft and 4-bedroom corner units of 1,000 sq ft. Both types are ideal for small and medium-sized families, and will also offer breathtaking views of the KL skyline. Units are priced from RM480,000.

Tower A (808 units) and Tower B (685 units) have  been more than 85% sold since they were launched in February and March last year respectively. Tower C (752 units) was introduced in November last year and is 68% taken up, mainly by upgraders and first-time homeowners.

The entire development is slated for completion by 2022.

Standing out from the others

M Vertica is a transit-oriented development, making it one of the most easily accessible developments in the area. It is 500m away from Maluri LRT (light rail transit) station and Maluri MRT (mass rapid transit) interchange station, and 700m from Taman Permata MRT station. Mah Sing will build a covered walkway to Maluri MRT and LRT stations as well as the nearby Sunway Velocity shopping mall.

Accessible via major roads such as Jalan Loke Yew, Jalan Pudu, Jalan Tun Razak, the KL-Seremban Highway and the SMART Tunnel, M Vertica is also just 4.5km to KLCC via Jalan Cheras and two MRT stops from the Tun Razak Exchange.

There are amenities like AEON Maluri, Ikea Cheras, MyTown, TREC KL, Suria KLCC and Royal Selangor Golf Club nearby.

For better convenience, Mah Sing plans to build dedicated ramps to and from Jalan Cheras.

M Vertica’s accessibility is not its only standout factor. In line with its tag line, “Reinvent Spaces. Enhance Life” and aiming to enhance the lives of its customers, Mah Sing will provide a 4.5-acre landscaped facilities podium — one of the largest in a high-rise in KL.

Residents will be spoilt for choice with more than 40 different facilities catering for all walks of life at its nature-themed lushly lanscaped facility podium. The facilities are divided into themed zones:  The aqua zone will include a 50m swimming pool, wading pool and leisure pool; the active zone will have a bicycle track, jogging track and kids playground; the passive zone will have a yoga deck, viewing deck and tea garden; the sport avenue will have a futsal court, tennis court and basketball court on the ground floor; and the club house will have unisex and ladies gyms, a badminton court and a multipurpose hall.

Doing its part for sustainability, M Vertica will have green features such as the Stream Pneumatic Waste Management System (SPWMS), LED lighting for common areas, rainwater collection system, Low-E glass for west-facing units and charging stations for electric vehicles.

The SPWMS disposes of solid waste in chutes and a loading station via a pipe system, which transports waste directly into a sealed container. This system creates a cleaner, healthier living environment for residents.

M Vertica offers everything first-time homeowners, young couples and families working in KL would want in a home — amazing affordability, abundant amenities and excellent connectivity.
