<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>"He was a senior manager at Affin Merchant Bank and senior vice president at Permodalan Nasional Bhd before holding the position of CEO at ASM Investment Bhd.&nbsp;</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>"His previous board appointments include BSN Corporation and Desaru Development Corporation," it said.&nbsp;</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>He also sits on the board of directors of Boustead as an independent non-executive director, it added.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>"Izaddeen is currently executive chairman of E&amp;E Gas Sdn Bhd. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) Accounting and Law from De Monfort University in Leicester, United Kingdom," it said.&nbsp;</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>At the midday break today, BHIC shares rose 9.56% or 6.5 sen to 74.5 sen, valuing it at RM185.1 million.&nbsp;</p></div>
