KUALA LUMPUR (June 10): Bahvest Resources Bhd shares rose 5.38% in active trade following a positive outlook on the stock.

At 9.10am, Bahvest rose 3.5 sen to 68.5 sen with 4.01 million shares traded.

RHB Retail Research said Bahvest Resources Bhd may move higher after it continued holding above the 61.5 sen support.

In a trading stocks note today, the research house said as the stock rose above the 21-day SMA line, this indicates a positive sign.

“A bullish bias may appear above the 61.5 sen level, with an exit set below the 61.5 sen threshold.

“Towards the upside, the near-term resistance is at 67 sen. This is followed by the 70.5 sen level,” it said.
