KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 8): APFT Maintenance Training Sdn Bhd, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary APFT Bhd, has inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with University Selangor (Unisel) to collaborate in education, research and development of human capital requirements for the aviation industry.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, APFT said the MoU will see both parties collaborating to provide skilled and professional training for licensing and engineering in both local and international aviation industries.

This includes exchange of teaching personnel and students, joint-skilled and professional programmes as well as the establishment of joint programmes.

Both parties will fund and support its own involvement in the activities from the collaboration, but did not specify any committed figures.

APFT (fundamental: 0.2; valuation: 0) shares closed unchanged at 21.5 sen, with a market capitalisation of RM86.62 million.
