KUALA LUMPUR (July 23): A total of 72.6 million shares, representing a 8.06% stake in Green Packet Bhd, were traded in an off-market deal today.
According to Bloomberg data, the shares were traded at 20 sen a piece or RM14.52 million. The identity of the buyer and seller were not immediately known.
Green Packet separately reported via bourse filings that non-independent and non-executive director Tan Sri Kok Onn has disposed of 1.2 million shares of the company (equivalent to a 0.13% stake) in the open market
Kok maintains a direct interest of 4.97 million shares (0.55% stake), following the disposal.
Green Packet’s major shareholders include Green Packet Holdings Ltd (18.77%), managing director and chief executive officer Puan Chan Cheng (10.65%), and Global Man Capital Sdn Bhd (4.95%).
