KUALA LUMPUR (March 5): UEM Sunrise Bhd is gearing up for more launches this year, starting by rolling out The Minh — the indochine-inspired resort living residences located at Mont’Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.

Located in a serene and quiet neighbourhood on an elevated 6.2-acre freehold site adjacent to Bukit Kiara Hill along Jalan Kiara 7, Mont’Kiara, The Minh carries a gross development value of RM970 million. It will also be the first project launched by UEM Sunrise in 2023.

The low-density development only has 496 units, which are spread over two towers (42 stories each), and there are only six units per floor. There are four layouts available with built-up sizes of 1,607 sq ft, 2,076 sq ft, 2,733 sq ft and 3,010 sq ft. Every unit has at least three bedrooms, three bathrooms and two carpark bays. While the two biggest layouts come with a private lift lobby and touchless lift feature, it is worth noting that every unit is a semi-detached or bungalow home.

In the same issue, we speak to Colony Coworking Space co-founder Timothy Tiah on the launch of its budget-friendly coworking space in Subang Jaya. We also have a report about the Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association (Rehda)’s property industry survey for the second half of 2022 and market outlook for 2023. In this issue, we also look into what Jalan Jalil 1, Bukit Jalil, has to offer and its property transaction performance.
